On behalf of the officers and board of directors at MFA Oil Company, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website. MFA Oil has been in business for over 80 years. They have been eventful, progressive years and although our eyes have always been on the future, we have never lost sight of the traditions and values from our past.

A cooperative, MFA Oil Company is controlled by its farmer-members who elect delegates at annual bulk plant meetings each fall. These delegates, in turn, elect an eight-member board of directors to establish company policy and set operating guidelines.

MFA Oil is committed to its mission; to be a financially sound cooperative committed to serving farmer-members through the procurement and distribution of energy and other products and services. In order to make this mission a reality, management, directors and employees of MFA Oil Company have promised to uphold the company's code of ethics:

• Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service;
• Practice integrity, honesty and fairness with everyone at all times;
• Make employees' well-being a priority; and
• Be a responsible citizen in the communities where we do business.
